Pricing and Billing

Can I order for less than a week?
	Yes; however, prices are still for one week as the price includes delivery, pickup and laundering. On the Check Out page it will ask you for your Arrival and Departure Dates.
Can I receive a fresh order during my stay?
	Yes. A "Refresh" order would be having your order picked up and a new order delivered. The new order would be full price.
How can I order for more than one week?
	Select the appropriate Week Category (one to six weeks) from the above Pink Drop-Down Menu Bar (Mobile Devices select the Drop Down Menu at the top left of screen). There is a 25% charge for each additional week you keep an item. For example a bath mat rug is $10.00, the charge for each additional week would be $2.50. If you had the run for 3 weeks the total charge would be $15.00 ($10.00 wk 1 + $2.50 wk 2 + $2.50 wk 3 = $15.00)
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	Yes, you have to pay New Jersey Sales Tax of 6.625%.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
Why does it say Shipping Cost: $0.00 on my Confirmation?
	Shipping Cost is hard coded into the site software. There is no shipping, orders are delivered and picked up to and from the Rental Property.
When will my refund appear on my credit card?
	Refunds are submitted to the credit card company the same day. The refund may take several business days to appear on your credit card account.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged the week of your arrival date unless you participated in a "Charge Now" Promotion which required your credit card to be charged at the time of the order.
