  • Add gift certificate to shopping cart
  • Next, you will be able to enter the gift certificate details:
  1. Certificate value
  2. Number of certificates to order
  3. Gift certificate recipient’s name
  4. Gift certificate sender’s name
  5. A brief message
  6. Delivery email address
When finished, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Linen Fairies Gift Certificates can not be used for refunds on previously paid orders.

To redeem a Gift Certificate Recipient must log in or create an account, they will receive an option to enter the certificate code included in the email.
At that point, the gift certificate becomes store credit on their account and it automatically applies to any future purchases they make while logged in:
If they reach the checkout page and haven't yet redeemed a gift certificate, they can do so from the order summary section by selecting "Apply a Gift Certificate".
They can also check their balance or apply the Gift Certificate at any time, from the My Account page
